Citrinitas - Magnum Opus

The Citrinitas, or xanthosis, it's the fire that illuminates with a strong and manly energy the matter purified by the albedo, giving it awareness.
It's symbolized by the eagle, the sun, the summer, the male, and the metal gold.
Represents the archetype of the great sage, in which maturity and self-affirmation are shown. Life is balanced, serene, positive and the individual has accumulated experience, as if the sun had transformed the previous phases into the light of knowledge.

Magnum Opus is a conceptual personal project where I want to rapresent the different phases of the creation of the philosoper's stone, with the influence of Jung, with a strong influence of Giger and Beksinski, two artist that influenced me a lot.
